Residents and Community Groups: How to get involved?
Make a difference by joining the ‘Love your Street’ Team and working alongside Groundwork and St. Helens Council.
The project has already had a great impact with 200+ young people from St.Helens collecting 300+ full bags of litter in St.Helens, Earlestown and Newton town centres.
The young people really enjoyed the experience and gave back massively to their community. Our next big litter pick is on23/10/19 in St.Helens town centre.
Why not get out and make a difference, get some exercise, socialise and make new friends.
The project can offer whether it’s a new or existing group-
Professional face to face advice and guidance notes (how to set up a litter pick).
All the equipment you will need for your litter pick.
Help promoting your group and physical support.
Risk assessment support.
Putting individuals in touch with existing group.
